Terms of Service

Last updated · June 2026

This policy applies to all bookings made through driyve.com. If anything below is unclear, contact the owner directly using the details in the site footer — we would rather answer a question than leave you guessing.

01

Service description

DRIYVE LLC (“DRIYVE,” “we,” “us”) is an owner-operated private chauffeur service based in New York City, serving the five boroughs and, by arrangement, New Jersey, Long Island, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware. We provide pre-booked point-to-point transfers, hourly hire, and event transportation in a professionally maintained Cadillac Escalade. DRIYVE is a private car service and is not a taxi, a ride-hailing platform, or a public transportation provider; all service is by advance reservation. By placing a booking through driyve.com you enter into a binding agreement with DRIYVE LLC on the terms set out below.

02

Booking and payment

All bookings are subject to availability and to confirmation by DRIYVE. Fares are quoted in full before you book and are all-inclusive: tolls, parking, and standard waiting time are already built into the price. Gratuity is never included and is always at your discretion. When you pay by card, the full fare is charged at the time of booking through our payment processor, Stripe; if you cancel within the free cancellation window, the full amount is refunded automatically. Cash payment, where accepted, is due in full at the time of service. Quoted rates assume the trip as booked; material changes to the route, duration, or stops may affect the final fare.

03

User responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete pickup information, including address, flight details where applicable, and a reachable phone number, and for being ready at the agreed location and time. DRIYVE is not responsible for delays, missed connections, or additional charges arising from inaccurate information or a passenger who is not ready at the scheduled time. Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and with the lawful instructions of the chauffeur. DRIYVE reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any passenger who is abusive, intoxicated to the point of risk, or otherwise endangers the safety of the vehicle or its occupants.

04

Vehicle capacity and conduct

Our Cadillac Escalade accommodates up to six passengers with a reasonable amount of luggage. For everyone’s comfort and safety, smoking and vaping are prohibited, as are illegal substances and the consumption of outside alcohol. Seatbelts must be worn at all times, and child passengers must be secured in an appropriate seat, which can be arranged in advance on request. Any soiling or damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger — including but not limited to cleaning required after sickness — may be assessed to the customer as a reasonable recovery charge.

05

Liability limitations

DRIYVE will use commercially reasonable efforts to arrive on time and complete every booking as scheduled, but does not guarantee arrival or travel times, which can be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, and other conditions beyond our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRIYVE’s total liability for any claim arising out of a booking is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. DRIYVE is not liable for missed flights, missed appointments, lost profits, or other indirect or consequential damages, except to the extent such loss is caused by DRIYVE’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

06

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or to any booking will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
