Privacy Policy

Last updated · June 2026

This policy applies to all bookings made through driyve.com. If anything below is unclear, contact the owner directly using the details in the site footer — we would rather answer a question than leave you guessing.

01

What we collect

To take and fulfill a booking we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, and phone number; your pickup and drop-off locations; your travel date and time; the number of passengers; and, for airport transfers, your flight number, airline, and terminal. We also keep a record of your bookings and any special requests or notes you provide. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and are never seen or stored by DRIYVE — we retain only a transaction reference and the status of the payment.

02

How we use it

We use your information solely to confirm, fulfill, and follow up on your booking: to schedule and complete your ride, to send booking confirmations, receipts, and cancellation notices, to track your flight where applicable, and to reach you if anything about your trip needs to change. We may also use it to comply with our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade customer data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

03

Third-party processors

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate DRIYVE: Stripe processes card payments, SendGrid delivers our booking and receipt emails, and Railway provides our hosting and database. Each receives only the information necessary to perform its function, and each is bound by its own privacy policy and by standard data-processing terms. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.

04

Retention

We keep booking and transaction records for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Information that we are not legally required to retain is kept only for as long as it is needed to provide and support our service, after which it is deleted. You may ask us to delete records that are not subject to a legal retention obligation by contacting the owner.

05

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct anything that is inaccurate, or to delete information we are not legally required to keep. You may also ask us to stop using your information for non-essential purposes. We will respond to any such request within 30 days, and we will never charge you for making one.

06

Cookies

DRIYVE uses only the session cookies strictly necessary to operate the booking flow and to keep the admin area secure. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles. Because we use only essential cookies, no separate cookie consent banner is required.

07

Data requests

To exercise any of the rights described above, or to ask any question about how your information is handled, contact the owner directly using the email address in the footer of this website. We will acknowledge your request within five business days and resolve it within the timeframes set out above.
